Our values

"Les 4 Gourmands" is an initiative bringing together four emblematic craft companies in the Isle Valley: La Chanteracoise, the Moulin de la Veyssière, La Trappe d'Échourgnac and the Caviar de Neuvic. Together, we share the same passion for excellence, the imparting of our know-how and the highlighting of our local products.

Through this project, we are committed to promoting the gastronomic richness of our territory by offering an immersive discovery tour. This tour invites visitors to explore our professions, our traditions and our commitments through visits and tastings.

To punctuate this experience, a gourmet passport will be set up: each validated stage will offer participants a unique insight into our culinary heritage, with the added bonus of a gift for those who have completed the entire circuit.
